Getting into the Federal University of Agriculture and Development Studies, Iragbiji (FUADSI) for the 2026/2027 session follows a clear sequence. All admissions are processed through JAMB's Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), and you must also complete Post-UTME screening on the FUADSI portal. This guide puts every step in order.

Minimum Requirements

  • A JAMB UTME score of at least 150. Candidates below this are not eligible to apply.
  • At least 5 O'Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in WASSCE, NECO or NABTEB. Alternatively, 6 credits at two sittings.
  • Your O'Level results must be uploaded on the FUADSI admission portal during screening.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

  1. Choose FUADSI on JAMB. Make sure FUADSI is your institution choice on CAPS. If it is not, see our guide on changing your institution.
  2. Upload and verify your O'Level result. Without it, CAPS may treat you as having no O'Level result. Read about O'Level verification.
  3. Visit the FUADSI portal. Go to portal.fuadsi.edu.ng and read all registration guidelines before you start.
  4. Register and pay. The Post-UTME screening fee is ₦2,000 and the portal access fee is ₦3,000, paid through Remita. See the full fee guide.
  5. Complete your profile and upload documents. Fill in every section and upload your O'Level result and other credentials.
  6. Wait for screening results. Your screening score influences the course you are offered. Being screened does not mean you have been admitted.
  7. Check CAPS for admission. Admission is released on JAMB CAPS. Learn how to check your status.
  8. Accept and pay. Once admitted, accept the offer on CAPS and follow the school's instructions for acceptance fee and registration.
DeadlineStudents in the aspirants' group expected the application portal to close around mid-October 2026, but this was not officially confirmed. Check the portal for the real closing date.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Waiting until the last days to register
  • Skipping O'Level upload or verification
  • Paying through unofficial agents instead of the portal
  • Losing your JAMB profile details
